زي ما بحكي دايما في كتير اشياء ممتعة بشغلي اللي بعمله وواحدة من هالاشياء هو اني انعزم على مناسبات وجمعات حلوة الها علاقة بالاكل...ههههه خلينا صريحين من زمان وانا بحكي اديش اني مهووسة بكل اشي اله علاقة بالاكل....امبارح وبمناسبة مرور 95 سنة على تاسيس كيتشن ايد Kitchen Aid انعزمت على حفل شركة ادوات، وكيل Kitchen Aid  بالاردن واللي كمان كان احتفالية بعيد الام...

والفعالية الرئيسية بالموضوع كان عرض طبخ مباشر من الشيف كيارا...شيف من ايطاليا مستشارة مع Kitchen Aid واللي عملت فيه معكرونة طازجة بنكهتين جدا رائعين وكعكة اسفنجية...طبعا كله باستخدام اجهزة Kitchen Aid...

بالمناسبة اللي بيعرفوني بيعرفوا انه انا من عشاق Kitchen Aid واللي شافوني على رؤيا بيعرفوا اني كنت احملها معي كلما لزم (مع اني مرات كنت كتير اخاف عليها يصيرلها اشي بالنقلة كل مرة) ...علاقة حب وخوف غريبة بتنشأ بينك وبين العجانة بعد ما تجربيها وتصيري ما تقدري تتخيلي حياتك بدونها...انا شخصيا ما بقدر اتخيل حياتي بدون عجانتي...ههههه بحب اي اشي اله دخل بالخبز والحلو وعجانتي هي صديقتي الصدوقة بهادا الموضوع وبتوفر علي وقت وجهد وبتعطيني نتائج افضل بكتير...دائما بنسئل عن هاد الموضوع ولانه سعر العجانة خاصة واحدة قوية وبتاريخ عريق زي Kitchen Aid مش رخيص  بس بضل اقول للستات...هو استثمار بعيد المدى وبيسوى حقه دهب كل ما تعملي اكلة وتستخدمي فيها عجانتك الممتازة بتشعري انه كل قرش بيرجعلك 10 لانه نتائج الاطباق اشي بيجنن سواءا بالخفق او العجن او غيرها.

ويمكن مش الكل بيعرف انه Kitchen Aid مش بس عجانات، عندهم مطاحن طعام واجهزة قهوة مختلفة (في واحدة محظوظة من الحضور ربحت الة عمل الاسبرسو بقيمة فوق ال 800 دينار..الف مبارك الها..) وقريبا عصارات فواكة وغيرها من الاجهزة....واللي ما بيعرف وين شركة ادوات...موقعهم ببيادر وادي السير المنطقة الصناعية مقابل محطة المناصير...وانا كتبت العنوان خصوصي لانه كتير بنسئل وين بلاقي Kitchen Aid بالاردن...فهي العنوان يا حلوين...

كل شي بالحفل كان حلو ومرتب وانيق باناقة شركة ادوات واكيد باناقة Kitchen Aid ..الوان زاهية وحلوة بكل ارجاء المكان واستقبال كريم للحضور واللي كان لي الشرف اكون من ضمنهم واقعد انا وصديقتي الشيف سناء مدانات واسلم على الشيف دعد ابو جابر وكمان اشوف اعضاء من جمعية لا للتدخين واللي بيشرفني معرفتهم د. لاريسا وزينة شهزادة...بالاضافة الى الشيف ميرا جرار...شكرا لين داود من ادوات على الدعوة الحلوة

والختام بالحفلة كان استقبال لذيذ (ما صحللي اصور) وسناكس وقهوة...وكل مدعوة روحت بكيس هدايا فيه هالاشياء الحلوة من كتاب وصفات كتشن ايد وكروت لكتابة الوصفات وتعليقة عجانة للموبايل (هاي حبيتها كتير) وعدد مجلة فيفا وكيسين كينوا وباكيت شيبس صحي من شركة جذور واللي قدموا الطحين العضوي ومنتجات تانية لعرض الطبخ

شكرا شركة ادوات على الدعوة الحلوة وبالاخص لين وشكرا Kitchen Aid على سنوات من الطبخ سوا بالمطبخ...

One of the greatest things about the line of work I do, is to get invited to events related to food....Well it is not work as much as it is fun really!!!! This time and to celebrate their 95th Anniversary, ADAWAT, Kitchen Aid's Affiliate in Jordan, invited me to a live cooking show where Chef Chiara, a consultant with Kitchen Aid and an Italian chef, made us 3 fantastic dishes including 2 kinds of fresh pastas with 2 different sauces and a sponge cake with strawberries and whipping cream topped with Mascarpone white chocolate frosting...now I don't think you can beat that for a lovely menu!!!! And if you know me, I used to carry my trusty Kitchen Aid stand up mixer all way with me when I cooked on TV...I was constantly scared that I will drop it or that something bad will happen to it during the transition...this is the kind of a relationship you would develop with your Kitchen Aid...love ..worry of any harms...hahaha...seriously..it is my trusty friend in the kitchen and cooking is unimaginable without it. I always tell my followers as they ask me about my Kitchen Aid, that YES it might be a bit more expensive than others in the market but hey..this is an INVESTMENT people..once you try it..you can't go back and you will see the difference in power and result.. every penny/ piaster (or what ever the currency in your country is) is worth it...

The event was a success, I had the pleasure of meeting fellow chefs like Sana'a Midanat and Chef Mira in addition to Chef Da'ad Abu Jaber. I also saw my friends from لا للتدخين (the NGO that works on promoting a smoking free Jordan) and of course the lovely Leen Daoud from Adawat. 

Chef Chiara used many of Kitchen Aid tools like the pasta attachment (that you buy to hock to your Kitchen Aid stand up mixer), the Stand up mixer and Kitchen Aid chopper. In case you don't know, Kitchen Aid has a big line of products beyond the famous stand up mixer including food processors, mini choppers, coffee machines and juicers. She made a delicious fresh pasta recipe with basil pesto sauce and a twist with a wonderful chocolate pasta with Gorgonzola cream sauce (now I can't wait to try this one out and share the recipe with you here).

From the cooking show

The finale for the show was a Poppy Seed Sponge Cake filled with fresh cream and strawberries and topped with Mascarpone white chocolate frosting...how springy!!!

The celebration ended with a nice sweet reception and a lovely gift from Kitchen Aid to all attendees that included a cute Kitchen Aid stand up mixture mobile accessory (which I loved), recipe book, recipe cards and an issue of Viva Magazine in addition to Quinoa and healthy potato chips from Juthor (The Jordanian company for healthy foods which supported the event supplying them with many types of products including organic flour)

So if you collected some money on Mother's Day, and if you wonder what you will buy for your self...go ahead and visit ADAWAT in Bayader Wadi Al Seer area in Amman to get your hands on your new friend in the kitchen... Kitchen Aid ...trust me...you will LOVE IT!!!!
