Bagels Arabic Style


Days are passing by so fast and Ramadan is just around the corner...Happy Ramadan every one and I hope that I will be able to live up to my plans this Ramadan as I really anticipate sharing loads of recipes with you at least starting a week ahead in order to help you prepare for the Holy month. So if I want to start, I would like to take about decorations...do you do Ramadan decorations? I just love to decorate our house though unfortunately we don't have Iftar there as on the fortunate side we do gather as a family in the garden to eat but seeing how great the weather is these days...I think it will be indoors this Ramadan and I am looking forward to having it at home this year with my family....so stay tuned for a special vlog about Ramadan decoration soon.

Anyway, these are some ideas and honestly this year with my crazy schedule and a bit of a tight budget in addition to a big number of boxes from last years decorations, I am not planning to splurge on new decorations. I am only going to make a new door wreath and will be sharing that with you in a vlog soon. So stay tuned.

Today's recipe is a recipe that I made on snap chat a while back but I never documented the recipe here at the blog...its Bagels but the Arabic style ones with a Zatar topping. Feel free to top it with anything you like or prefer like poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, bran, sesame seeds, Nigella seeds..or just leave it plain...so are you ready for it?

بتمنى تكونوا بالف خير وعم تستعدوا لرمضان...كتير حابة اعمل اشياء مميزة لرمضان ادعولي الوقت يساعد...بس مبدئيا رح احاول اني اشارككم بعض الاشياء القديمة اللي ممكن تستفيدوا منها بالتحضير للشهر الفضيل والمدونة مليانة وصفات بتناسب الشهر من شوربات وسلطات وعصائر بالاضافة الى الاشغال اليدوية اللي حطيت اللينكات تبعتها فوق كل ما عليكم انكم تكبسوا على اللينك بتاخدكم هناك

النية في كتير فلوجز على الطريق ومليان فيديوهات تصورت بس بدها منتجة فشكرا لصبركم معي وعلي...

وصفة اليوم عملتها على سناب تشاب بس ما صحللي اني انزلها هون وهي وصفة البيجل....البيجل من الخبز اللي اصله يهودي (مش اسرائيلي ) وفي فرق كبير....اول من بدأ يعملوه همه يهود المانيا واوروبا الشرقية ...حبيت اضيفله نكهة عربية باستخدام الزعتر بس بامكانكم تحطوا عليه اللي بدكم اياه سمسم، حبة البركة، اي شي....

طبعا ممكن يتفرز وبيكون سحور لزيز خاصة اذا حمصتوه وقدمتوه بتوبينجز مميزة
